Our unique Lake House is perfect for your getaway. Fully stocked with essentials, cooking supplies and fishing gear for your daily catch and release with the kids The home is very palatial with 2 living rooms (one located downstairs and one upstairs) so everyone can spread out and watch TV or play board games! The home is central and spacious, only a few miles from local destinations such as Kemah Boardwalk and NASA Space Center

Bedroom 1 - King Bed and Master Bathroom Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - Bunkbed (double bed on bottom / single on top) Living Room Upstairs - 2 Bunkbeds (double bed on bottom / single on top) The Living room upstairs has boardgames and a gaming system. There is a full bathroom upstairs in master bedroom, a full bathroom upstairs in hallway and a half bath downstairs. There are two closets downstairs for luggage/storage of items. Please consolidate the amount of cars needed. The driveway can accommodate 2 cars and there is street parking for 2 cars.

You are able to fish from the patio/dock but it is catch and release only. The City has a few ordinances to be mindful of: Noise: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am. Please be aware of your noise when enjoying the back patio. Parking: 4 vehicles max allowed. Fishing at the lake: Catch and Release only. Please be mindful of the ordinance and as any violations will result in fines. Local Family Attractions: Kemah Boardwalk is 2.5 miles away NASA Space Center is 6.7 miles away

Please keep children supervised at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty. Smoking and pets are prohibited. No parties allowed. There is enough parking for 4 cars. 2 in driveway/2 on street. The City has a noise ordinance - Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am. Please respect our neighbors.

We came for a family reunion. We had 13 guests total including grandparents and felt that the space was great. We had space to spread out and there was bed space for every one of the guests. Plenty of towels and it felt safe and peaceful. The pond in the back was nice and some family members had fun fishing and even caught an 8 lb catfish. The host was proactive. We had a great stay and would consider coming back.

Everything was perfect like they literally had everything we needed everywhere in the house! Kitchen had everything gloves and all then when we was leaving she even had a handheld vacuum to clean the sand out your car and all that! We loved it! 🙌🏾 Plenty of towels too and the view and lake was top notch rooms was perfect and the bean bags omg I want one now!

Ashlie’s house was beautiful and perfect for our larger group! Room set up is ideal for sleeping folks. The downstairs area was great for gathering and the deck was fantastic for relaxing! The pond is stocked with bass and turtles! Ashlie had fishing equipment available for us to use with was a nice bonus! Would highly recommend staying!!

We had a great stay at Ashlie's lake house! The home was just as pictured, beautiful! The home was fully stocked with everything you may need during your stay. I did want to mention that the bed was very firm. I was fine with it, but it may not be other's cup of tea. Ashlie was a great host, and went above and beyond for us. I told her that my son was excited to fish in the lake; she made sure we were set up with everything that we may need. I also mentioned that we'll be getting into the area before the 4:00 check-in time, and she made sure her home was ready for us! We will definitely return if we have another getaway in Kemah!

Great place for a large group. The kids loved the bunk room, and everyone enjoyed fishing off the back deck. We even got to feed a bunch of turtles. Everything was a short drive like shops and restaurants.

We had an incredible time at Ashlie's Lake house! Ashlie was attentive and welcoming, and the property was simply stunning. From the well-equipped kitchen to the breathtaking views, everything was perfect. The fishermen in our group loved the ability to fish right off the back deck and the big dining room table was great for playing board games late into the night! The location was convenient, and the hospitality was top-notch. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommended!

This house was amazing, it was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The house was very close to our family’s wedding. We couldn’t have asked for more. Not far from the boardwalk and lots a shopping and activities to do.

This house was absolutely beautiful and clean. We spent my sons 7th birthday here and he said it was the best birthday ever. My family of 10 came to stay and there was more then enough room for all of us. My son asked if we can come back again next year for his birthday and I definitely want to come for my birthday as well during the summer. It was cold outside so we couldn’t swim in the lake but we still enjoyed fishing and the scenery of the lake was amazing. Ashlie was a wonderful host and communication was great, she even had a small cake and balloon waiting for my son upon our arrival and it made my son feel extra special .

This property was exactly what it looked like in the pictures, the location, the cleanliness, and the atmosphere from inside the house to the outside deck. My family created some great memories here and we will be back. I can’t forget about mentioning Ashlie, what a great host and beautiful home.
