This is a true gather-round house — two separate living rooms mean movie night and game night can happen at the same time. Sleeping: King suite with private bath, Queen room, and two bunk rooms — 8 beds across 3 bedrooms plus overflow bunks upstairs. Bathrooms: 2 full baths upstairs, 1 half bath downstairs. Fully equipped kitchen, dining table for family meals, and a covered patio right on the water where you can fish (catch-and-release only) between naps and card games. Guests have full access to the entire home, both living rooms, the dock, and the covered patio. Other Things to Note Driveway fits 2 cars, street parking for 2 more (4-vehicle max per city ordinance). Quiet hours are 10pm–6am — our neighbors are wonderful, and we'd love to keep it that way. No pets, smoking, or events, please.

You are able to fish from the patio/dock but it is catch and release only. The City has a few ordinances to be mindful of: Noise: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am. Please be aware of your noise when enjoying the back patio. Parking: 4 vehicles max allowed. Fishing at the lake: Catch and Release only.
