Our unique Lake House is perfect for your getaway. Fully stocked with essentials, cooking supplies and fishing gear for your daily catch and release with the kids The home is very palatial with 2 living rooms (one located downstairs and one upstairs) so everyone can spread out and watch TV or play board games! The home is central and spacious, only a few miles from local destinations such as Kemah Boardwalk and NASA Space Center

Bedroom 1 - King Bed and Master Bathroom Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - Bunkbed (double bed on bottom / single on top) Living Room Upstairs - 2 Bunkbeds (double bed on bottom / single on top) The Living room upstairs has boardgames and a gaming system. There is a full bathroom upstairs in master bedroom, a full bathroom upstairs in hallway and a half bath downstairs. There are two closets downstairs for luggage/storage of items. Please consolidate the amount of cars needed. The driveway can accommodate 2 cars and there is street parking for 2 cars.

You are able to fish from the patio/dock but it is catch and release only. The City has a few ordinances to be mindful of: Noise: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am. Please be aware of your noise when enjoying the back patio. Parking: 4 vehicles max allowed. Fishing at the lake: Catch and Release only. Please be mindful of the ordinance and as any violations will result in fines. Local Family Attractions: Kemah Boardwalk is 2.5 miles away NASA Space Center is 6.7 miles away
